Who Qualifies for Legal Aid?
In addition to living in our area of service, clients must simply fulfil one of the following requirements:
Survivors
Victims of domestic violence have no income barrier when seeking aid.
or
<$75,000
Clients must have a household income less than 250% of the federal poverty level, approximately $75,000 for a family of four.
