According to the Center for Disease Control, nearly one in four women and one in seven men will be victims of domestic violence at some point in their lifetime. Domestic violence is highly prevalent in our communities, and we cannot avoid the threats associated. Our domestic violence practice is in extremely high demand. All donations made to the End DV Fund will be directly used to provide free legal services to domestic violence survivors in need of immediate help within our community. Our domestic violence attorneys serve as advocates for survivors, providing them with guidance and the necessary legal support to safely change their lives for the better.
Some of the services we provide include:
- We provide free legal services to survivors of domestic violence and their families.
- We help our clients with safety plans to ensure their successful escape from dangerous situations.
- We continue to represent clients who have left their abuser and aid them in seeking permanent protection.
- We fight for orders of protection, restraining orders, parental time, child support, divorce and parentage.
