What is Parole in Place? Parole in Place (PIP) allows undocumented spouses of citizens and undocumented children to apply for lawful permanent status without leaving the U.S. Even with the PIP pause, it is important that you continue to seek legal services and attend a consultation to evaluate your case and your options. North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic, The Resurrection Project, and Partners for Our Communities are pleased to provide a free informative session and legal screenings to individuals looking to apply for Parole in Place. This free Parole in Place event will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024, in Palatine, Illinois. Appointment times will be provided upon registration. Advanced registration is required.
