Free Power of Attorney Clinic at The City of Rolling Meadows

The City of Rolling Meadows Human Services Department is partnering with NSLAC to offer a free Power of Attorney Clinic. At this clinic, participants can complete the necessary documentation to designate someone for Medical Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, or Temporary Legal Guardianship. Participants will be able to walk out with notarized and legally binding documents.
