Natalie Bomke co-anchors Good Day Chicago from 4:30am-10am on Fox 32 Chicago. 

Each week she promotes inclusivity and awareness through her “Good News Guarantee” feature stories that focus on extraordinary acts by non-profits and individuals in Chicagoland.

Bomke is a proud University of Illinois graduate and Fighting Illini "super" fan.

Bomke's broadcast career began in Central Illinois as a morning anchor and reporter for WICD-TV in Champaign and WICS-TV in her hometown of Springfield.

She also co-anchored FOX40 Live Morning News in Sacramento, California and FOX26 Morning News in Houston, Texas.

Bomke moved to Chicago more than a decade ago.  During that time, she met and married her husband Ed, welcomed her daughter Olive into the world and adopted a PAWS Chicago cat named Chips.

His impressive background includes roles in Michelin Spanish, Indian Fine Dining, and American Fine Dining establishments, as well as stints at luxury hotels, prestigious global law firms, and one of the world's largest convention centers. Chef Brandon has previously been a private chef for professional athletes in the NFL, as well as the MLB.

As a private chef, Chef Brandon specializes in curating personalized culinary experiences that surpass the offerings of traditional restaurants and catering services. Trang (Lena) Le moved to the United States in 2015.  Always looking for a challenge, Lena began studying culinary management at the Art Institute of Houston while working as a private chef for multiple Houston families.  After a long day, Lena craved amazing Asian comfort food, but quickly realized that the everyday Asian cuisine she longed for wasn’t readily available. Lena specializes in healthy meals that don’t lack flavor.

She loves working with those who may have different health or dietary restrictions because she truly believes that you don’t have to sacrifice flavor for health.  Lena is out to not only increase availability of healthy, Asian comfort food, but also, help others in the process. Being an active advocate for victims of domestic abuse, Lena aims to use her business is to provide jobs for those in fleeing from abusive situations. Maya grew up around food her whole life. Being Jewish meant every event revolved around a meal. When she was little, holidays were spent in the kitchen getting ready for the main event. As she got older and lived in different parts of the country, she always had that feeling of “being home” whenever she smelled the sweet scents of food in the air. She grew up with a family that loved to cook and loved to eat even more! 

After failing out of conventional college, Chef Maya graduated Summa Cum Laude, National Honors and National Deans List from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She finally found her calling. Maya worked at all levels of restaurants from opening new ones as the Executive Chef to General Manager at a high-end Steakhouses. Maya had an opportunity to open her own catering company in 2017 and she ran with it. She called it BellaRu, after her beautiful daughter Ruth. Her approach was always to give her clients the best possible multi-cultural cuisine made from authentic recipes at a great price. With her dad by her side, she grew the company. 

In 2020 the pandemic hit she started giving to families who needed help. From there she grew BellaRu’s giving to thousands of families weekly and millions of pounds of food rescued and distributed. Since April 2020, Maya and her team have given almost 7 million pounds of food to the underserved, low income, homeless, senior and immigrant community with a special focus on culturally relevant and fresh, farm grown foods.
