In partnership with the Village of Mount Prospect, we are pleased to host a free Power of Attorney(POA) Informational Session. A POA is a legal document that authorizes another to make a healthcare or property management decision on your behalf, should you be unable to make them yourself. North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic has partnered with the Village of Mount Prospect to educate the community on this important legal document. At the end of the informational session, participants may ask questions and apply to receive free legal assistance drafting Power of Attorney at the upcoming clinic.
