North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic (NSLAC) is looking for volunteer attorneys to assist community members with powers of attorney for healthcare and property and short-term guardianships. Powers of attorney are useful tools for people to nominate an agent, who may make decisions regarding healthcare or property in the event of that person’s incapacity. No experience is necessary, but all volunteers must complete a POA training session for 1.0 hours of CLE credit HERE.
