In partnership with the New Trier Township, we are pleased to offer free Health Care Power Attorney For Recent High School Graduates. This free virtual healthcare Power of Attorney (POA) clinic is for parents/guardians of high school or college-age students with a permanent address in suburban Cook County and throughout Lake County. Registration in advance is required.
